About
the Position

The CM Lead Designer / Developer serves
as a technical resource for complex enterprise CM activities, relying on
established procedures and precedents for complex financial systems. This
individual is also responsible for leading the documentation of detailed
design, developing and maintaining interface specifications, facilitating
discovery and mapping sessions, supporting the development of letter generation
templates, supporting test plans including test data, creating test stubs and
harnesses as needed and facilitating the end-to-end testing of the CM
implementations.

 

The successful candidate must
also exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills and have experience
interacting with internal technical and business partners as well as external
partners. Experience with on-shore and off-shore contractors is a big plus.

Qualifications

Mandatory

·        
5+ years’
experience in defining, developing and implementing CM software solutions (e.g.:
GMC Inspire, HP Extreme)

·        
Experience in
working with financial services data models and the authoring of document
templates to these models, incorporating logic, rules and workflow in addition
to template creation and documenting the same in the Letter Specification
Document

·        
Experience in documenting
the detailed design (System Design Document) of the CM solution such as
security, naming convention, process for code promotion etc.

·        
Documenting
interface specifications with each integrating system/application including
source to target mapping

·        
Hands-on
experience in creating different types of templates for letter generation using
software platforms (i.e. GMC Inspire, HP Extreme)

·        
Facilitating
mapping sessions with stakeholders and specifying source to target letter data
mapping

·        
Lead and
coordinate the setup of the folder structure and user accounts for inbound data
to be processed by the CM tool and outbound data generated by the CM tool

·        
Must have
experience with XML/XSL/XSLT/XSD, JAXDB, SOAP, WSDL, AXIS2, HTTP, and REST

·        
Testing experience
including development of stubs and experience of end to end testing in various
environments

·        
Experience in
leading a team of template developers (onsite, offsite and offshore)

·        
Must have
excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        
Document
deliverables required for design and development in support of Ally’s SDLC
methodology

·        
Must be detail
oriented and have the ability to multi-task

 

Preferred

·        
Experience with
Agile methodology

·        
Experience in
Middleware technologies & Integration Platforms (ETL / EAI / SOA / ESB / BPM)

·        
Understanding of
Event Driven Architecture, J2EE/JEE design patterns, frameworks

·        
Experience with
enterprise integration patterns, schema development, ETL design and ETL tools

·        
Experience with
Messaging (JMS, MQ etc.) and Message Oriented Middleware

·        
Java & Spring
Integration or Camel framework experience
