SFDC Lead/Architect

 

Minimum 10 years’ of IT industry experience

Experience in Global Implementation, Support and Development

Experience in architecture, landscape, application business processes

Must have done multiple Salesforce implementations

Have multiple domain experience including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud

Should have Administrator, Advance Administrator, Sales Cloud and Service cloud certifications. Developer certifications are nice to have

Expertise in understanding customer problems/requirements and provide solution to address those.

Expertise in advise customer on fit-gap analysis, provide strategy/direction keeping salesforce releases in mind

Expertise in Org Strategy definition, Data Quality and use adoption management

Experience in related technologies like Informatica Cloud MDM, Integration tools, Integration protocols

Ability to assess apex products and provide expert advice to the customer on the same.

Experience in Portfolio Management and Program management (Nice to Have)

Experience in Scope Management, Schedule Management, Communication Management,

Experience in Cost Management, Risk Management, Resource Management, Project tracking and coordination (Nice to have)

Experience in global delivery model using Agile methodology or Waterfall methodology

Must have handled multi-million $ global engagements

 

Responsibilities:

Digital/Salesforce consulting

Provide Solutions and presales support

Design reviews

Health assessment and remediation plan

Stakeholder management

Support in account management

Regular Status reporting to senior management

Manage portfolio of accounts with 5 to 10 M USD revenue

 

Note:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree
