Role
Overview:
Trainer
will be responsible for all training related activities in the areas of Soft
Skills and general domain related trainings and system trainings to IBAS
operations. Required to update and create training material as per Training
team’s instructions and Capgemini L&D protocol
General
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Includes
the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
1.Handle
instructor led trainings for operations in the areas of Soft Skills, systems
high level and domain trainings.
2.Assist
with creation of all training related artifacts like presentations, handouts,
assessments etc. for the training handled
3.Determine
training needs from Operations from time to time and should be able to handle
those in a timely and effective manner
4.Ensure
trainings are done in a timely manner by trainees as and when assigned or
signed up
5.Should
be able to review trainee’s feedback after each training and propose any
changes that might be required in training curriculum or delivery method to
make it more effective.
6.Whenever
required should be able to participate in discussions with Capgemini L&D
team.
7.Should
be able to help analyzing QA scores of teams on a periodic basis and come up
with the training plan to address areas of improvement.
8.Should
assist in keeping track of all Soft skills, Operational and Mandatory
trainings for Operations.
9.Whenever
required should be able to assist with updating of SOPs and process document.
10.Should be able
to provide inputs when a new training approach is built for a large project.
Qualifications
(Education/Experience/Certification)
EDUCATION
and/or EXPERIENCE
Should
have some level of experience in adult learning and inclination towards
learning new process in the areas of domain and operational training. Should
be a good speaker with ability to lead training programs for large groups.
Should be very thorough with Microsoft PowerPoint and basic understanding of
Microsoft Excel and good with Microsoft Word. Experience in corporate level
trainings is desired. Should be flexible enough to work extended hours (if
required). Experience in US Healthcare domain is desired but not required.
Should be open to taking on additional responsibilities from time to time as
needed. Travel may be required.
