Excellent skills in project planning, tracking, reporting,
preparing roadmaps etc.Sufficient technical skills to verify/validate proposed
approach (mainly .NET & related technical stack)Experience in migrating from Windows 2003 to Windows 2012 or
2008Financial Services experience is a mustExposure to planning & execution of activities such as
hardware discovery, assessing your software and network needs, and full-on
migrationExperience in using migration tools that can help speed
things such as Disk2vhd, Microsoft Assessment and Planning ToolkitExperience in the key areas such as security and compliance,
management & infrastructure and communication & collaboration.

Expectations:

Lead the planning effort of migration from Windows 2003
servers to Windows 2012 or 2008 server along with all the applications, DB etc.Guide the assessment of AS-IS situationPrepare road map for TO-BE state based on assessmentIdentifying the risks, dependencies providing timely reportsInteract with CXO level stakeholdersManage the migration
