Job Overview:

 

Opening in CA for maintenance & support of Heart & NWCS CMA (Mainframe) applications The CMA applications are developed on Mainframe platform and interacts with Seibel, middleware apps thru web services & MQ’s. The successful candidate should have extensive experience in development process. The candidate will be required to demonstrate a mature and constructive approach to troubleshooting.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

         Should perform development activities. i.e analysis, design, build, Testing support, and support deployment activities

         Perform code reviews and guide team on technical solution

         Effort estimation on the new Change Requests and production support tickets

         Collaborate with Functional team and client to understand their requirement and then providing the most optimized approach for the intended solution

         Interact with other technology groups as needed during the development lifecycle.

         Escalate Development related issues as needed which may impact build delivery.

         Coordinate with developers located in different geographic regions

         Should be able to maintain good client interaction and stakeholder management.

         Should have good analytical skills and an understanding on Insurance business
