The
ideal resource would have strong Business Analysis experience in working on
projects migrating from one platform to another. Experience with the HANA environment would be
ideal. SAP Sales & Distribution
knowledge is required. Must have the
ability to quickly learn and understand custom developments and configurations
that have been made to a highly customized SAP environment in the Sales and
Distribution area. This person would
also need to be able coordinate smaller support issues and new enhancement
requests.

Ability
to translate business requirements into technical/functional requirements.Create
and analyze existing functional specifications as needed for new and existing
custom developments to SAP.Develop
test conditions and expected results based on the user or system requirements.Extensive
background in script execution, documenting results, resolving issues and
seeing them through to completion. Must
be able to perform root cause analysis in SAP SD environment with extensive
custom developments.Ability
to facilitate resolution of production support requests by working directly
with key business stakeholders. Liaison
with the business organizations such as Customer Service and Sales departments
and the IS/IT department.Coordinate
and communicate effectively with other functional IS/IT teams (both internal
and external) related to support, custom developments or testing.Develop
alternative solutions to a problem, evaluate each solution and then recommend
the best alternative based on both the technical and business impacts.Ability
to work with customer to gather, define, and document Business Requirements.Proactively
identify and report on risks, issues and dependencies of assigned tasks/
projects.Participates
in the identification of process improvement opportunities, provide input and
recommendations and assist with implementation of solutions.Provide
regular status updates.

The Material Handling Business Analyst will work
in both operational/support environments and some project_based
developments. In an operational/Support
environment, the Business Analyst is the key resource troubleshooting,
diagnosing and solving production issues. The Business Analyst adheres to
established methodologies and processes for operational support. He/she provides the in_depth knowledge of functionality
and configuration of the applications.
In a project setting, the Business Analyst is responsible for
understanding business needs and designing, configuring and testing solutions
to meet those needs. The Business
Analyst is a key resource with business experience in relevant processes and
applications. He/she works with the
other project team members to translate business requirements into solutions
that enable the organization to achieve its goals. In both environments, the
Business Analyst is expected to understand and enforce established quality
standards, enterprise architecture standards and compliance controls. The
Business Analyst is capable of in_depth analysis of existing solutions (or
legacy applications). Primary Responsibilities: 55 % _ 1st Level support Ability to work with the CSU (Central Super
User team) in troubleshooting the plant and Corporate support issues. 25 % _
Perform the majority of the testing tasks for the Material Handling stream for
upcoming developments and troubleshooting problems. This would include a monthly
