Role: Salesforce Developer/

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Manage users in the Salesforce org, maintain
roles and profiles, and ensure appropriate permissions are assigned, along with
License Management

• Manage Salesforce Sites and Customer Portals

• Adminstration and Configuration of Service
Cloud Applications including Case Management, Knowledge and Articles
Management, and Salesforce Content Management

• Work on Salesforce Configurations including
Object and fields Customizations, Validation Rules Page layouts, Search
Layouts, List Views, Record Types

• Create Custom Report Types, Reports and
Dashboards. Setup Workflows and Approval processes

• Manage Sharing Rules in the org and ability to
create/modify rules as per data sharing requirements for applications in the

• Configure Single Sign On, Certificates, IP and
Remote Site White-listing and other Security Setups in the Org

• Maintain Sandboxes, track storage and usage
limits to ensure on-going projects can continue to run smoothly, and are not

• Import/Export data into/from Salesforce Sandboxes/Production
org using Data Loader or similar utilities, and ability to perform data
migration from one Sandbox to another

• Validate and Deploy Salesforce components
between sandboxes and to Production Org using Changesets, ANT scripts or other
utilities, and monitoring

• Raise Salesforce Cases for Sandbox and Org
issues, and follow-up with Salesforce support for timely updates and closure

• Support Salesforce application users for
login, permission or application issues related to Org Configuration or setup

• Keep up with new features in each Salesforce
release to ensure there are no impacts on existing Salesforce applications in
the Sandboxes and Production Skill, Experience & General information
Required: Required Skills

• Salesforce CRM and Platform

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201)

• Excellent Communication Skills Desirable

• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
Certification (ADM301)
