This
position carries quarterly revenue / margin quotas/goals and compensation is
directly linked to achievement of those goals.

Your
responsibilities will include:

Meet
revenue and margin goalsDevelop
and execute plans to drive new account wins and manage / grow existing accounts
(as assigned) in the Engineering Services area.Closely
coordinate with global delivery team to ensure goals are metParticipate/
represent in conferences, industry events, analyst interactions

Required
Skills / Experience

10+
years of experience, with a clear track record of opening new accounts and
successfully managing and growing large Tier 1 type accountsMinimum
of four years’ experience with large, global services providerBusiness
leader with demonstrated revenue number achievement who has excelled in
engagement at CxO level with customers.Should
have a strong background in selling to the engineering and services group in
tier 1 companies. Services sold should include development, QE, system
services, support and professional servicesMust
be able to work at senior level management both internally and externallyMust
be used to working to quarterly, bi-annual and annual targetsMust
have experience working in global delivery modelExtensive
experience in creating detailed growth plans for customersExperience
in providing monthly sales forecasts for managementRapidly
respond to tactical resource requirements along with an ability to address
small to mid-sized projects with technical proposals

Good
Negotiation skills.

Demonstrated
ability to understand the legal contracts and work with customers and internal
teams on legal contracts like MSA etc.
