Project Manager

Job Location: Horsham Township, PAAbout the position and responsibilities:Job Description:Job Duties & Responsibilities:• Coordinate with Client, vendors and internal teams for the flawless execution of projects• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress• Develop and plan communication strategies to ensure status, activities, accomplishments, issues, and risks are communicated to senior management, project stakeholders, and IT teams proactively• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques• Participate in the development and provide recommendation of improvements• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget• Report and escalate to management as needed• Perform risk management to minimize project risks• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation• Leverage the best practices and adopting measures to improve & sustain qualityQualifications & Experience: • Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector• Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development • Excellent client-facing communication skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office• Positive can-do attitude, flexible, dynamic with multi-tasking capability and willingness to meet tight deadlines.• Experience in Insurance domain projects is a plus.
