Analyst with experience on implementing end-to-end Service Catalog, Incident
Management, Configuration & Asset Management, Change Management and Release

knowledge about IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards which are helpful in
development and customization of IT Servicemanagement applications. Experience
in developing solutions using JavaScript, Web Services, SOAP, AJAX and other
web technologies to integrate Service-now with internal/ external systems and
tools. Extensive
experience in Service-nowdevelopment and Implementation. Experience
in handling Technical Design Analysis, Impact Analysis, Maintenance and Support
Activities, and Migrations. Provide
on-going technical assistance and software configuration/ customization to
include screen tailoring, workflow administration, report set-up, dashboards,
data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party integrations. Strong
experience in managing system configurations, gathering and documenting user
and process requirements, developing workflow customizations, and performing
quality assurance testing, user acceptance testing and third party integration
for Service now platform. Working
experience with relational databases like Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL. Configuration
and customization of Change/Incident/Problem/asset Management Modules
including: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Dictionary Overrides, UI Policies
and UI Actions based on user requirements. SOAP,
AXIS and JAX-WS technologies to create web services, generate stubs and
consuming the existing services. Working
knowledge of Agile Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative and Spiral methodologies.
