Project Lead – Service now

Job Location: Warren, NJ About the position and responsibilities:Job Description:• Service-now Analyst with experience on implementing end-to-end Service Catalog, Incident Management, Configuration & Asset Management, Change Management and Release Management • Good knowledge about IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards which are helpful in development and customization of IT Service management applications. • Experience in developing solutions using JavaScript, Web Services, SOAP, AJAX and other web technologies to integrate Service-now with internal/ external systems and tools. • Extensive experience in Service-now development and Implementation. • Experience in handling Technical Design Analysis, Impact Analysis, Maintenance and Support Activities, and Migrations. • Provide on-going technical assistance and software configuration/ customization to include screen tailoring, workflow administration, report set-up, dashboards, data imports, LDAP integration, custom scripting and third party integrations. • Strong experience in managing system configurations, gathering and documenting user and process requirements, developing workflow customizations, and performing quality assurance testing, user acceptance testing and third party integration for Service now platform. • Working experience with relational databases like Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL. • Configuration and customization of Change/Incident/Problem/asset Management Modules including: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Dictionary Overrides, UI Policies and UI Actions based on user requirements. • SOAP, AXIS and JAX-WS technologies to create web services, generate stubs and consuming the existing services. • Working knowledge of Agile Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative and Spiral methodologies.
