About
the position and responsibilities:

CISCO
analysis and design in IP Telephony system administration, configuration and
implementation. Daily
maintenance of voice and network infrastructure to include LAN, MAN, WAN, WiFi,
VOIP, · Troubleshoot
work orders for voice, data networks and related network infrastructure devices
at all levels. Review
data monitoring and network utilization stats. Consultative
leadership abilities to identify the best solution for customers. Provide
consistent reporting on tasks accomplished and project progress/challenges. Install,
configure and manage Cisco Call Manager.
Configure
and maintain SRST, QoS, Voice Routing Protocols and Voice Getaways · Support
overall Network Engineering framework including routers/switches and firewalls.
Maintain
efficient and effective operation of all local and remote data communication.
Certification of CCNA Voice, CCNP and Preferably CCIE in Voice

Requirements:

Cisco
IP Telephony certification required ·
Cisco
Network Engineer with experience in analysis, design, implementation and
support of Cisco voice over IP system solutions including multiservice
infrastructure, Cisco Call Manager, Unity Unified Messaging, IP Gateways,
legacy integration with traditional PBX systems and other voice components
· At
least one year technical experience with Cisco AVVID technologies · 8-10
years hands on Cisco engineer networking experience · Experience
with traditional PBX s preferred (Avaya, Nortel, etc.) · Exceptional
communication and leadership skills ·
Must
be capable of working cohesively in team environment
