Title: Project Administrator
Location: Newark, NJ
Request is for a project administrator with strong MS Office and administrative experience to assist PM’s and Program Manager. Need for PA to focus on program increasing due to all streams having overlapping start dates and phases. Candidate should have experience working with multiple PM’s or stakeholders, be adept at pulling together reports and presentation materials and be competent in taking detailed meeting minutes. Previous Horizon experience preferred, but not required, previous experience with PlanView preferred but not required.
• Maintain and update project plan
• Take direction and document follow up activities
• Schedule meetings and working sessions.
• Manage Risk and Issue Log
• Distribute status reports, manage feedback and consolidate updates
