Your responsibilities will be but not
limited to

Assist in project initiation, project scope, project planning,
project budgeting, project control, and project quality control of projects of
low to medium level of complexity and riskEnsure regular client connects and address client concerns on time
and upto client satisfactionAttend project meetings and assist with determination of
Information Technologies (IT) project requirements for
compute/storage/networking/security etc.Assist in identifying IT tasks, resources and aligning dates with
those resourcesClearly defines and communicates responsibilities and effort of
business and IS project resources to these resources and their managementEnsure all relevant IT areas are represented at the project
meetingsTrack the IT progress of projects and data entry into tracking
tool Track IT budgets and expenditures Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project
information to the client and project team Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective
manner Ensure all required project close out documents are obtained Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive
and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project
status and issues Manages project activities in adherence to the standards at all
client sites Performs other duties as assignedShould be well verse in client management

The applicant will have

Minimum 12 years of experience in the IT industryManaged large sized engagements providing end-to-end
infrastructure services covering all towers viz. Datacenter, network, helpdesk,
storage & backup, DBA, ComputeExperience of driving transformation projects related to
datacenter consolidation, network optimization, migration to cloud etc.Experience of managing complex transitions including rebadgingExcellent communication skills with ability to handle CXO level
stakeholdersExcellent negotiation skills Experience of handling commercial
aspects of an engagement including contract negotiations Experience of handling multiple vendor contracts for service
deliveryAbility to deliver services and adherence to SLAs through
onsite-offshore delivery model

experience of managing hostile transitionsability to generate additional revenue through business
development
