Provide L1 and L2 support for Ad sales,
Billing and Traffic & Research and Audience Measurement domain
applications;Coordinate with the client's team,
customers and third party consultants and vendors;Participate in outage calls, conference
bridges and meetings to manage resolutions requirement and propose cost
effective solutions.Familiarize the team with the customer
needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design
standards, techniques and tools to support task performance;Coordinate with external support team
like DBA, Web-Ops, NetOps, Server Engineering, etc. for any application-related
requests;Review of Design, Test Cases and source
code - Excel Macro and MS SQLCoordinate releases and Implement the
developed product in client location;Apply and script development and its
execution - Excel Macro and MS SQLCreate procedural and other
documentation as needed andProvide application training as needed.the applicant should have a valid work
authorization to work in US
