Role:Operations and Staffing Manager-Insights and Data
Develop job descriptions, handle the requisition approval process, post job orders internally and externally, developing and implementing employee referral bonus programs, coordinating industry testing and interviews with hiring managers, initiate pre-employment drug, background, and motor vehicle screens, and work closely with the I&D leadership Update and maintain corporate and third party applicant tracking database to ensure 100% compliance.
Maintain and complete current staffing dashboards for srnior leadership of the I&D practice., consistent training and updating hiring managers on enhancements and initiatives to the staffing process.
Maintain accuracy in filling requisitions for frontline and management positions in North America. Responsible for training and developing junior level staffing resources to work independently to successful fill vacancies, within their assigned client groups, across various lines of business. Maintain solid relationships with I&D senior leadership to ensure all vacancies are filled timely with top talent from both internal and external sources..Conduct on-going staffing training for all hiring managers and a leadership development and diversity / inclusion program. Maintain current updated profiles on all existing internal talent for I&D.
Work on special projects as assigned by VP of I&D practice.
