OCM Lead

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Communication Strategy and Plan for global application rollout

Develop Training Strategy and Plan for global application rollout

Lead the development of communications to business and technical stakeholders in each geography

Lead the development of training process and materials

Manage OCM activities for each geographic rollout

 

Required Experience:

7 – 10 Years of experience in corporate communications and training

3 – 5 Years of leadership in corporate communications and training

Delivery of OCM activities for one or more global application rollouts

Experience in development of CBT programs and materials for technology programs
