Location: Oak Brook, IL

Our Enterprise Technology Services Management (ETSM) team is in
need of a Service Delivery Manager to own, run, and promote internally the JIRA
project management tool. The candidate must have JIRA knowledge and experience
either from use or development, but this is not a technical or project manager
position. This is a Product Owner, business owner, and internal sales /
promotion position. This Service Delivery Manager will have three primary
roles:

1. Ensure customer and user engagement to confirm their
understanding of the tools use, how to engage with the ETSM team for JIRA
support and help, and also promote JIRA?s use within the organization.

2. Maintain the ETSM financials associated with JIRA. The JIRA
program is a zero-profit charged back solution where the internal users are
billed by the JIRA program and all maintenance / support / enhancement is
funded through user subscription. This position is required to monitor,
maintain, and escalate all internal billing and invoicing to ensure the
financials and funding for the JIRA program are in line with the amount of
dollars spent on maintaining the tool.

3. Fully own the JIRA product in Organization. This position is
meant to own the JIRA tool, the candidate needs to learn and understand the
capabilities of JIRA and also the capabilities and cost models of its
competitors in the market place & how those compare to JIRA, network among
JIRA users / owners in the market place and research, learn, and propose new
JIRA uses or solutions that may come from industry outside of Oraganization.

As ETSM expands, there is a need to develop a service delivery
framework, and this resource will participate in and add to the development of
that framework in Organization. The experience gained in this position will
allow the candidate to position him/her self to fill hire more demanding roles,
and also to become competitive in the organizational landscape.

Skills: In order to meet our client?s needs we are seeking an
individual with the following personal traits:

Must be a strong communicator with the ability to network and
build relationships internally and in the commercial Project Management Toll
industry Must be able to champion specific products / solutions and promote
their use through a business Must be organized and able to capture and follow up on numerous
action items, seeing them through to execution regardless of owner Must have financial experience with attention to detail in order
to identify, track, and escalate invoicing / billing issues internally with the
tact to call attention to them without resulting in customer dis-satisfaction

Technical Skill Sets required:

Product Owner experience a must Must have experience with, and working knowledge of, JIRA in a
project environment (in depth technical knowledge not essential) ? Experience as a PM or Program Manager is a plus but not necessary Experience as an IT business owner or Business Analyst a plus Working internal to a global organization a plus Experience planning meetings and facilitating discussion and
requirements sessions a plus Food industry or retail project experience a plus Excel experience to include VLook-ups, Pivot tables, reports,
charts/graphs, and small data analysis Experience with global projects a plus
