Manager - Project Management

Job Location: Milwaukee, WIAbout the position and responsibilities:Job Description:• Control of Change Requests, Escalation Handling Customer expectation. Managing Partnerships, People Management, Program Execution &Risk Management, Project Planning and Monitoring, Understanding of Customer Org., • Prolific use of project management terminology throughout resume • Has led projects from start to finish (full project life cycle) including implementation of infrastructure and/or software -- and closed project out. • Has led projects within Fortune 500 companies • Has led projects with global reach (e.g. across varying time zones and cultures) • Has led projects with teams of 25 resources or greater • Has led projects with budgets in excess of $1M • Has worked in/with a Project Management Office (e.g. methodology guidance, compliance/audit, gating process, etc.) • Has tracked and monitored detailed project financials (Capital Expenditures vs Operational Expenditures) with very little financial analyst assistance • Has experience navigating SAP for financial and purchasing data• Has managed and directed the work of Project Administrators/Coordinators • Is able to elicit and document requirements; work without a dedicated project business analyst • Is comfortable and proficient at drafting scope documents and managing to them • Possesses excellent verbal – articulate in English and appropriately adapt, direct and size the message to the intended audience • Possesses excellent presentational skills – concise messages that are appropriately adapted, directed and sized to the target audience • Possesses excellent written skills – clear, well edited messages that are appropriately adapted, directed and sized to the target audience • Possesses excellent command of Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint• Possesses strong orientation to metrics and data analytics; uses data to document, measure, explain, and persuade• Possesses excellent Stakeholder Management -- Adaptable to different personalities with the ability to explain, challenge and rationalize approaches and options• Possesses excellent Vendor Management – Set vendor expectations and deadlines while holding vendors accountable with immediate non-compliance escalation • Possesses intense focus on Customer Satisfaction
