Manager - Long Term Care Project Manager

Location : Horsham Township, PA

Title: Long Term Care Project Manager

Matter Expert or significant experience in all Long Term Care processes,
including: Policy Admin, Claims, Billing & Collections and Care Management;Familiar
with Regulatory & Compliance, Rating & Actuarial process and LTC
technology applications;Manage
the Rating Team to implement Individual and Group Rerate Activity;Drive
the Group Rerate Triage Process and resolve issues in a timely manner;Oversee
the Business Analysis for all application and infrastructure system
enhancements and installations;Oversee
the creation of business requirement documents, conduct quality review, and
coordinate stakeholder review and approval of documents;Review,
comment and coordinate approval of system design specifications;Manage
the QA and UA testing (including planning, scheduling and execution) for all application and infrastructure
installations and BAU fixes;Manage
the creation, approval and communication of all release documentation;Oversee
production support and ensure daily activities are conducted as scheduled,
escalate and resolve issues;Manage
3rd party vendor relationships with regards to reporting defects, requesting
enhancements and tracking software updates;Configuration
all group LTC product setup, including billing files, broker of record changes,
and contribute to business process improvements and manage updates to business
process documentations;Work
closely with the Actuarial Department on data integrity questions
