Job Role: Capgemini Financial Services USA, Inc. (Rosemont, IL) seeks Lead Consultant with Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field + 1 yr/exp in computer software development (alternatively, Bachelor + 5 yrs/exp) to lead a team of consultants in the design, development, testing & implement of customized business systems software applications using knowledge of PEGA – PRPC; Guidewire Policy Center; application design & development using MS Project & MS Visio; Defect and Change request tracking using Mercury Quality Center.

Job Responsibilities:
• Establish design parameters for software solutions. Direct daily operations, assign & review the work of the team.
• Provide input regarding performance reviews and make recommendations & promotion decisions.
• Coordinate work between offshore & on-site development teams.
• Large % of time may be spent performing consulting services at client sites in various geographical locations.

Must have experience with the following: 
1) PEGA – PRPC;
2) Guidewire Policy Center;
3) Application design & development using MS Project & MS Visio;
4) Defect and Change request tracking using Mercury Quality Center.

Must be willing to travel or relocate on a short/long term basis to projects at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Salary: $133,250.
