BPM Tech lead "Good knowledge around IBM
BPM features in the context of solutions Responsible for analyzing, designing,
coding, testing and implementing new application as well as enhancements. Work
independently on a particular implementation use case (coach/coach view,
integration, general system services etc.)."
"7+ years of experience working with IBM
BPM. Experience of working on multiple IBM BPM implementation projects in
logic flows, user interface development, HTML. Understanding of data
architecture, software design and coding best practices. Strong communication
and group facilitation skills. Experience of integrating IBM BPM with external
ECM (like FileNet) is preferred"
