Job Overview :

 

Resource
will have direct interaction with Executive/Senior IT Leadership, Operational
Business Owners, third party development vendors, and internal IT development
departments. 

 

Resource
will be responsible for identifying those issues that can be solved as part of
the meeting and those which need to be assigned at the end of the meeting for
follow-up investigation and resolution.

 

Resource
should have a proven ability to organize, lead, and execute necessary decisions
while operating under pressure in complex situations, resource should have the
ability to facilitate JAD sessions with executive and senior leadership.

 

Responsibilities :


As
a JAD specialist, contributes structure/content and process to interactions

  • Content = What tasks,
    subjects, problems are being addressed

  • Process = How things
    are discussed, including: Methods Procedures Format Tools Style of interaction
    Group norms Group dynamics Group climate

 

Applies
core facilitator tools, simulation and diagnostics:

  • Ice breakers,
    energizers, and closers

  • Experiential learning
    exercises for team building, goal setting communication, problem solving,
    paradigm shifts, decision making, diversity issues

  • Metaphors

  • Assumptions/constraints
    and issues

 

 

Extensive
knowledge and business acumen of the health insurance industry. 

 

Primary
deliverables and activities for this position may include, although not
limited, to the following:

  • Leading
    large scale multi-year multi-domain initiatives
  • Facilitating
    JAD sessions involving SMEs and leaderships from multi-domains
  • Planning
    and tracking activities/tasks to closure within the stipulated timeframe
  • Knowledge
    and detailed understanding of all BA deliverables
  • Training
    and developing training materials for end users/operational support
  • Data
    Elicitation or solution development exercise

 

Required
experience:

 

  • Minimum
    15 years of IT industry/business consulting experience
  • Minimum
    10 years as a healthcare business consultant
  • Minimum
    of 5 years as an AGILE Scrum Master or Lead Solution Consultant
  • Working
    experience of leading/managing large and complex programs worth $5M or
    above
  • Proficiency in
    working in both AGILE and WATERFALL methodology

     

 

Preferred:

 

  • Certified Scrum
    Master
