Roles
& Responsibilities:

Directly work with QA Manager and Project Stakeholders to
gather and analyze business requirements.

Plan, Estimate, identify and define required tests

Review the requirements traceability matrix and other
deliverables with project stakeholders

Monitoring detailed testing progress and results in each
test cycle and evaluating the overall quality experienced as a result of
testing activities

Assistance in planning for test environment and test data
needed to execute testing for the project

Coordination of the test effort associated with a given
project or release

Tracking of test execution, ownership of defect
management, reporting of test results, identification and escalation of
risks/issues

Providing orientation of Standard Testing Practices to all
testers, including Development, QA, etc.

Liaison with Project Managers, Release Managers, Dev
Partners and Business (UAT, Operations, etc.)

 

Role
Specific Skills:

Functional Testing, Setup Test Environment, Good Domain
knowledge in lending domain especially Securities Based Lending and Private
Wealth Mgmt or Capital Market.

 

Experience
& Exposure Required:

6 years of experience in Software testing

Technical knowledge on QA automation and industry
tools/languages (Saturn, Database, SQL, Data Comparison tools, HP ALM,
Selenium, HP UFT/QTP, Protractor, etc.) and Assurance/Testing IT competencies.

Knowledge of Agile, TDD/BDD, DevOps Concepts

Strong Business
Knowledge in one or more domains like lending, banking, mortgages will be added
advantage.

 

Desirable Skills:

HP ALM, Selenium, HP UFT/QTP, Protractor, etc.) and
Assurance/Testing IT competencies.

Knowledge of Agile, TDD/BDD, DevOps Concepts.
