Role: Engagement Lead / Project Manager  (With Pega CMBB, CBA and CSA certification)

 

Functional Requirements

15 years of Techno Functional Business Analysis experience in BPM.

Presales support experience :  Experience working with the Global teams to develop proposals, estimations and presentations

In-depth understanding of one of the domains : Insurance or Healthcare

Ability to define a business solution architecture based on high level inputs provided by the customer

Experience leading end to end Process improvement projects in a client facing role

Provide thought leadership & IT transformation recommendations in process automation leveraging BPM technology.

Good understanding of BPM Products, and Professional services market

Should be able to independently execute short term strategic consulting projects, assessments, POC/pilots, map solutions to client business processes, and develop value proposition and business case.

Good grasp of various iterative methodologies : Agile, RUP, SCRUM

Previous management consulting experience preferred

Knowledge of CRM would be  a plus

 

Technical Requirements

Should have solid fundamentals in Business Analysis, Project Management, process reengineering   & Object Oriented programming concepts

Good domain understanding and industry certifications in one or more of the functional areas

Experience in Pega Frameworks

Pega v7.x or above certification.  Candidates with CSA, CBA and CMBB  certification would be given preference

Ability to run a Pega DCO (Direct Capture of Objectives) user requirements session and related prototyping within Pega tool

Experience in creating user Interface mock-ups and draft workflows  for requirements within PRPC
