Product & Engineering Services Business Unit provides Engineering
Outsourcing & Consulting services to global product companies in different
industry sectors – Industrial, Medical Devices, Storage & Networking and
Automotive.

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated sales/client partner
professional with strong industry connects and understanding of the Product
Engineering Services Outsourcing for Industrial Products Sector & Digital
Manufacturing.

Industrial Products sector is focused & engaged in providing product
engineering services including design, development, testing, digital
technologies, control systems integration, plant engineering and product
lifecycle management (PLM).

Your role will be based out of Midwest of USA (Chicago or Minneapolis)
and some of your responsibilities will include

Acquiring
new client logos within Industrial Products sectorManage
& grow select existing clients in Industrial ProductsCarrying
revenue & margin targets and be responsible for driving new client
account wins and net new revenue growth in existing client accountsResponsible
for building and nurturing Senior Management relationships in the Engineering
organizations within prospective & existing client accountsResponsible
for defining Industrial Products GTM strategy, markets trends together
with Industrial Sector HeadWork with
Project Delivery team in ensuring smooth execution of client projects/programs

To land this job, some desired skills & experience are:

Minimum 10+
years of IT Services experience with minimum 5 years in Product
Engineering Services Sales & Account ManagementMust have
strong understanding / experience of Product Engineering Services
Outsourcing Market, Industrial Products & Digital ManufacturingMust have a
strong Industry & Client contacts with CTO, VP of Product Engineering,
VP of Product Development in large & Fortune 500 Industrial Product
companiesMust have
experience working in a global delivery modelMust have
prior experience managing new business developmentShould have
broad understanding of solutions & technologiesOverall
experience should include business development, account management,
contract negotiation, making effective presentations, creating
collaterals, presentations and PoVs for specific problem statements of
customersStrong
customer interfacing experienceExcellent
communication and ability to work in teamsReady to
travel extensively in the North America region
