are looking for a passionate and self-motivated sales professional with strong
industry contacts and understanding of the oracle suite of products and
applications.

Location:
Houston, TX / East Coast

Responsibilities
will be:

Grow
Oracle business in Americas in existing and new accounts in any of industry
sectors like High Tech & Communications, Consumer Products & Retail,
Manufacturing & Life Sciences, Utilities, Natural Resources and Chemicals.Good
knowledge of selling Oracle Industry Products along with Oracle horizontal
productsExperience
and knowledge in selling Oracle Cloud Apps
Owns
booking and revenue target for Oracle Practice in one or many industry sectorsResponsible
for defining Oracle Sales Go to Market (GTM) together with practice head.Responsible
for defining marketing plan and coordinating Capgemini participation in vendor
conferences to create more opportunities and improve branding.Work
with internal Oracle product alliances group to drive alliance agenda specific
to one’s Oracle portfolio. Leverage alliance for business developmentHave
strong connects with the Oracle GBU’s and uses connects to be able to influence
deal pipelineActively
represent the overall company with client(s) in maintaining and building strong
client relationships. Work with the
executive leadership teams to ensure present and future target goals are
exceeded.Responsible
for sustaining and driving the customer satisfaction in the company.

To
land this job, some desired skills & experience are:

An
ideal candidate will have minimum 12 years’ experience in IT industry.It
is preferred to have at least 7 years’ relevant experience in selling Oracle
applicationsExperience
in any one or two of industries is preferred. High Tech & Communications,
Consumer Products & Retail, Manufacturing & Life Sciences, Utilities,
Natural Resources and Chemicals is preferred.Aspirants
for this position would be expected to have extensive client interfacing
experience (excellent communication-both verbal & written & a pleasing
personality)Must
have prior experience in sourcing leads, selling technology services,
developing new logos and be a self-starter.Must
have experience in collaborating with other account managers to grow the Oracle
business.Must
have experience working in global delivery model.Must
have prior experience working in a revenue target driven role.Must
have demonstrated experience of consultative selling.It
is required to have broad understanding of Oracle technologies / skills and
solutions provided by Oracle in all Industries.Should
have demonstrated experience of developing and selling in to C-level contacts
in the industry.Overall
experience in Sales, Contract negotiation, Making effective presentations and
Solution mindset is essential.Expertise
in creating collaterals, presentations and PoVs for specific problem statements
of customers.Ready
to travel extensively.
