Title: Digital Marketing Analytics &
Optimization – Account Manager

Location: San
Francisco, CA

Job: Full Time

Job Overview:

  • Lead
    Development of Multi Year Analytics Data programs

  • Manage
    data architecture concepts and frameworks for Financial Marketing scenarios
    using digital strategy

  • Data architecting, Data Rationalization
    and Data oriented Program management expertise with penchant to sale software
    services for account mining

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Extensive
    experience in  implementation  of Marketing Technology products like
    IBM Campaign, Teradata CIM, Aprimo MRM, Digital asset management(DAM) tools,
    Adobe suite of products (Analytics Manager, Audience Manager), Content
    Management and workflow maintenance, Multi-Channel Attribution (MCA), Multi-Channel
    Lead (MCL)

  • Creating
    data reference architecture for all aspects of Digital / non digital marketing

  • Supports
    Gap Analysis & Development of the Roadmap for the marketing digitization
    program

  • Provide
    Financial Services digital marketing experience in driving large-scale,
    transformational change within clients business area, knowledge of the business
    organization and environment, and strategic support

  • Work
    with Client’s senior technical architect to provide overall guidance, direction
    and best practices

                Contribute
to creation and review of project deliverables as needed

 

Basic Technical Requirements

  • Experience
    with Marketing digitization programs offered by Banks and Financial firms are
    highly required

  • Experience
    in campaign, content, lead management tools and marketing digitization tool is
    highly required

  • Expertise
    in setting up Digital Marketing Platform (DMP) is must, with integration of MCL
    (Multi-channel lead) and MCA ( Multi channel Attribution) using big data / related
    technologies

  • Leading
    large scale customer engagements for Data Architecting and Roadmap build /
    execution program

  • Extensive
    background in data modeling, data warehousing, data architecture, and data
    consolidation

  • 12+
    years of data architecting / modeling work for Operational & analytical
    need

  • Provide
    leadership and penetration point to account management team for growing
    business in data and analytics services

  • Champion
    best practices and organize change management in business capabilities to meet
    targeted goals

     

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience
    with Agile Scrum ( Certification is highly desirable )

  • Consulting
    experience for turnkey project is absolutely necessary

  • TOGAF
    certification is highly desirable

  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills for business development
