Data Analyst (Data Governance is must)


Location: Chicago, IL 

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:

 

• Promotes
and enforces data governance best practices.

• Manages
data standards documentation and ensures alignment with defined data standards.

• Communicates
business definitions and requirements with appropriate stakeholders.

• Assists in
triage activities for incoming requests and acts as key point of contact for
tracking and assuring resolution of data issues.


Analyzes/interprets data requirements and performs current/target/gap/impact
analyses. Qualifications:

• Minimum 5
years of data governance, data analysis or business analyst experience, ideally
with a focus on banking data.

• Has in
depth knowledge of Data Governance / Data Quality processes and procedures.

• Ability to
work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent
verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Should be
able to work with teams from different geographic locations.
