At the time I was also trying to get a developer. Brent
qualifies for both positions, and so I have also added the job skills needed
for that position.


Designer - Web & Graphic Designer

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Fireworks)

Graphic design creation and layout

Design web graphics that load well and follow web standards

Free hand drawing (artist)

Create unique icons, logos, graphics, images and infographics using
Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop.


Full LAMP Stack Developer

Experienced in PHP and working in a Wordpress environment

Strong understanding of the following tools: LAMP, JQuery, JavaScript,
RESTful web services.

Knowledge of AngularJS and other UI/CSS/AJAX frameworks

position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week or 2,080 hours per year.


Job Description:

We are seeking a creative
specialist who is responsible for the creation and maintenance of our marketing
assets and content. From concept through execution, this candidate will improve
our user experience by bringing our brand to life and keeping it consistent
across all our various touch points. Further, you can translate concepts easily
to all stakeholders to sell in ideas.



  • Evolve
    and ensure consistency and integrity behind our company’s brand and brand
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to support website
    design and content marketing (blog, social media assets, and more).
  • Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to
    the team using expertise and eye for great design.
  • Scope and create templates for marketing team to be
    more efficient in some of their posting on social media, the blog, email,
    and other channels.

Wire frame and build web/UI layouts in
Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Fireworks.

Create engaging infographics using Adobe

Convert graphic designs into HTML, CSS, and

Build responsive designs in the bootstrap

Setup and design Wordpress themes.

Creatively edit video assets that follow best
practices for social sharing.

  • Manage other design needs such as presentations,
    signage, and trade show collateral as needed.
  • Collaborate with company
    leaders, marketing teammates, and other key stakeholders on key projects
    each quarter.


  • BA/BS
    or equivalent working experience.
  • At
    least 6 to 10 years’ experience in design, project management, and/or in
    an in-house or agency creative position. Portfolio samples are required in
    order to apply for this position.
  • Proficiency
    in marketing automation platforms, preferably Wordpress and HubSpot.
  • Excellent
    eye for design and typography and the ability to deliver constructive
    feedback on projects to the creative team.
  • Great
    communicator, both in conveying design best practices and project
    details/ideas across all levels of the company, including the executive
  • Experience
    in creating assets that are mobile-, tablet-, and desktop-friendly and
    provide a user experience that fits on all three screens.
  • Expert
    in Adobe Creative Suite or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript required.



  • Manual
    and finger dexterity for operation of personal computer and routine
  • Ability
    to sit and/or stand for extended lengths of time.
  • Tolerance
    to be exposed to a computer screen for prolonged periods of time.
  • Tolerance
    and ability to cope with stress and fast paced environment.
