Role: Change Management

Location:  Rosemont,
IL

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Apply an
    ITIL structured methodology and lead change management activities

• Complete change management
assessments

• Support organizational design
and definition of roles and responsibilities

• Coordinate efforts with other
Change and Production Assurance specialists

• Integrate change management
activities into service delivery plans

• Manage stakeholders

• Ensure the CMDB -Compliance
reports are run on daily basis to capture any unauthorised changes to
Configuration Items .

• Define and measure success
metrics and monitor change progress

• Support change management at
the organizational level

• Manage the portfolio and change
load

• Ensure that knowledge
management (on boarding, how to guides, checklists, project skills matrix,
knowledge maps etc.) plans are produced and maintained for all Change managers
in the group.

• Oversee the building or
batching of related sets of changes, manages customer and user expectations of
Changes and rollouts.

• Responsible for Change quality
control within change management procedures, including the review of pre-change
testing, and the availability and quality of back-out plans and procedures.

• Design and implement change
acceptance stage gates and supporting processes, including testing and QA
procedures.

• Ensure the highest level of
quality in technology implementation/Changes via thorough analysis of submitted
Changes and communication of likely impacts of the new Change to the technology
and business communities.

• Analyse business and IT
functions to implement solutions

• Define Change management
responsibilities at the time of project engagement within a project framework.
