Job Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Graduate with good command over English
language – Very strong written and verbal communication skills

Total of 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in an eCommerce
organizationRetail ecommerce knowledge essential – understanding the process
of vendor on-boarding and areas surrounding the sameSupplier management experience is a huge plus, though not
mandatoryAbility to understand vendor requirements, hand-holding the vendor
through the on-boarding process, handle queriesStrong analytical and problem solving abilitySupport triage issues faced during vendor on-boarding or product
on-boarding – address issues, find work arounds, if possible and/or escalate to
the relevant stakeholders and track to closureManage the overall vendor relationship on behalf of the clientUnderstand and implement client’s quality systems and guidelines
to ensure compliance at all levelsAbility to work with minimal direction, a self-starter, an
individual contributorwe need a resource who has a valid work visa to work in US
