Job Title: Business
San Ramon, CA
will manage a small team of Business Systems Analysts as part of the IT
Modernization to replace the in branch sales, teller and servicing platform
(FIS Touch Point). This includes providing guidance and oversight for the team.
will work as a liaison between Business and IT areas.
will solicit product and enhancement requirements from end users and must be
able to convert the requests from both into a workable solution to present to
technology staff via standard SDLC deliverables.
will work with the FIS team
might be involved with testing of software or coordinate a testing environment.
Candidate must have at least 10 years of experience working
in, or consulting with, financial institutions.
& Exposure Required:
must have at least 5 years prior experience as a Business Systems Analyst
must have at least 5 years prior experience working with any in branch sales,
teller and servicing platform. Experience in FIS Touch Point will be great
must have at least 3 years managing a team.
must have fundamental technical troubleshooting abilities.
must have a good understanding of core banking requirements (Deposits and non-deposits
must have strong written/verbal communication skills and be able to communicate
equally as well between Business and IT.
