Roles
& Responsibilities:

Candidate
will manage a small team of Business Systems Analysts as part of the IT
Modernization to upgrade FIS systematic application. This includes providing
guidance and oversight for the team.

Candidate
will work as a liaison between Business and IT areas.

Candidate
will solicit product and enhancement requirements from end users and must be
able to convert the requests from both into a workable solution to present to
technology staff via standard SDLC deliverables.

Candidate
will work with the FIS team

Candidate
might be involved with testing of software or coordinate a testing environment.
 

 

Role
Specific Skills:

Candidate
must have at least 10 years of experience working in, or consulting with,
financial institutions.  Candidate must
have at least 5 years prior experience as a Business Systems Analyst

Candidate
must have at least 5 years prior experience working with FIS systematic
product.

 

Experience
& Exposure Required:

Candidate
must have mainframe experience. Candidate must have at least 3 years managing a
team.

Candidate
must have fundamental technical troubleshooting abilities.

Candidate
must have a good understanding of core banking requirements (Deposits and non
deposits product).

 

Desirable
Skills:

Candidate
must have strong written/verbal communication skills and be able to communicate
equally as well between Business and IT.

Bachelor’s
degree.
