Role:

At least 5 years of working experience as Business Analyst in the financial services industry on Credit Risk Derivatives, Front Office trading or Quant oriented projects • Experience in project management and IT implementations from a Business/Change perspective • Experience working in risk management domain, ideally credit risk • Previous experience in change management working on regulatory driven projects • Pro-active personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multi-task in a complex environment • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking • Fluency in English Responsibilities will include: • Leading project, stakeholder management, adherence to scope, budget and schedule • Manage interfaces to the various stakeholders (Credit Officer, Credit Analytics, Front Organization, Trading, Audit and other) with exposure to Senior Management • Independent supervision of projects throughout the range of the area of Credit Risk Management , such as Methodology , Monitoring and Reporting • Responsibility for the end-to-end delivery from a Business/Change perspective and in partnership with IT • Recording, analysis, definition, prioritization and testing of new business requirements • Conducting deep dive analyses, gap analyses and proposing responses • Development and execution of user training and stakeholder communications • Lead the strategic IT discussion, develop the business case and story line
