 Title: Business Analyst (Core Banking)                                                              

 

Description

Senior business analyst with core end to end lending domain expertise that will drive functional requirements into technical requirements for a digital consumer lending platform in a fully collaborative and AGILE environment and will be actively involved and drive the effort through the iterative build phase.  Agility must be across not only the project delivery, but across the entire operational model.

 

The business analyst is expected to support in identifying business needs and in providing consultative services to help complete projects according to the overall project roadmap.  The business analyst should be in a position to provide capabilities around solution scoping, requirement specification, process design, functional design, test scenario documentation, acceptance testing, training material creation, training and change management efforts.

 

Domain Knowledge

Consumer lending expertise

Digital platform integration

Lending process functional knowledge (i.e. originations, booking, funding, servicing, collections, reporting and analytics)

 

Tools/Applications and Technologies

Expert business analysis skills

Solid understanding of the Agile framework

Knowledge of other digital consumer platforms (i.e. Lending Club, LightStream, Mbank, CircleBack Lending)

Experience with Finacle is a plus
