Job
Description:

Responsible
for coordination with various streams and stakeholders within and outside the
business unit for proposal responses and content management

Responsibilities:

Single
Point of Contact for assigned proposal, with full responsibility for deals
under specific thresholdCoordinate
and gather content from deal teams to gather the required input for responding
to the opportunityParticipate
in pursuit status/review conference calls as required to collaborate with the
proposal development teamWork
with the deal team in creation of orals/client presentation deck and materialEnsure
quality of the proposition both written and presented at oralsOverall
content management and drive reusability for proposals

Qualifications:

Bachelor's
degree required

5-7
years of related experience in a presales and proposal response setting
requiredAbility
to self-manage multiple projects, often with short turn-around times in a
fast-paced business environment; ability to anticipate challenges and think
quickly to support sales pursuitsExperience
in the Insurance or the ITES/BPO industry preferredExcellent
verbal & written communication skillsProficiency
in the Microsoft Office SuiteSuperior
relationship building skills with the proven ability to influence team members,
peers, and superiors
