This leadership position will lead the Long Term Care (LTC)
operations for a key Capgemini third party long term care (LTC) administration
client. This role will be part of the
management team responsible for managing all operational functions (policyholder
administration, billing & collecting, contact center and rate increases)
except claims. It will be based in
Capgemini’s rapidly growing third party administrator’s insurance Center of
Excellence in Horsham, PA.

Key
Responsibilities & Skills –

Direct
the work activities and have full management responsibility for the performance
and development of operational subordinate staff. Ensure staff meets/exceeds goals, objectives
and metrics.Coach,
lead, and develop operational staff, and directs the development of training
programs.Manage
operational changes. Participate in the
implementation and testing of transformation plan.Utilize
and manage to service level standards (SLA) and metrics. Report operational results to senior
management and client. Communicate
results to internal and client management.
Escalate issues to client as appropriate.Work
and resolve policyholder complaints.Perform
root cause analysis and take corrective action to address complaints or issues.Lead
continuous process improvements.Utilize
workforce management for resource planning.Maintain
a favorable working relationship with the claim and shared services
organizations to promote a cooperative and harmonious working relationship.Keep
current on state/territory regulations and issues, industry activity and
trends. May represent company in industry trade groups or in client user
groups.Handle
audit inquiries (client and regulatory).Participate
in special projects including testing of new technology.
