Summary:

This
position is responsible for processing all Mail/Imaging/File Room operations by
performing the following duties described below.

Essential
Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible
for pick up and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail to and from the Post
Office.Open,
sort, count, organize, image, and deliver all documents and incoming mail.Receive
and scan all incoming accountable mail/packages into the inbound tracking
system and deliver to the appropriate departmentProcess
inserter production daily and check for accuracy.Apply
proper postage to shipments and all outgoing mail.Perform
periodic preventive maintenance on all Mail Center/Imaging/File/ Print Room
equipment.Ensure
that all Prep, Scan, Index, Inspect, Bar Coding documents route correctly as
related to the imaging process.Maintain
production standards to ensure proper completion of daily work within
established service level agreements.Ensure
that all files and records are stored and mapped in a well-organized manner.Ensure
that all purged materials are shredded as required to complying with all client
confidentiality factors.Ensure
that all batch-filed claims are retrieved from the Claims Department as needed.Ensure
that all imaged files are staged in order of destruction date in the assigned
area.Locate
requested records / files and distribute accordingly.Back-file
or return files / records to their respective locations within the warehouse.Verify
print accuracy and qualityOther
duties may be assigned.

Education
and/or Experience:

Associate's
degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one
year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education
and experience.

Language
Skills:

Ability
to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and
correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or
employees of organization.Competencies:
