Job Overview:

Position:
Agile Project Manager About the Role/position Senior project manager with both
waterfall and Agile SCUM experience. Successful candidate should have a strong
track record of driving projects to successful conclusion, following up and
through on action items, meeting facilitation & note taking, parking
non-critical items and discussion, escalating key issues and risks, separating
the noise from the critical information, preparing reports and documents to
share with senior leadership, and generally be a bull dog. Experience with both
Agile and Waterfall is a must. The ability to drive both consulting and client
resources is a must as well. Responsibilities: • Prepare reporting for senior
executives • Manage key issues and risks • Work with program delivery leaders
to identify, clarify, and mitigate risks • Facilitate standup and status
meetings • Take action items, dates and names & parking lot non-critical
discussions • Follow up on work that needs to get done across the program and
multiple projects • Work with Scrum Master on enhancing Agile program
management • Manage and maintain Agile program boards, either Kan ban or Scrum
for project delivery teams • Report on Burn down & execution
Qualifications: • 10 years of project management experience Technical
Requirements • Must have 5+ years of experience managing Waterfall projects •
Must have 3+ years of experience managing Agile • Must have prior experience as
a consultant • Must have experience managing software delivery projects •
Experience delivering RESTful API projects a bonus • Experience delivering
cloud infrastructure projects a bonus • Should have experience with agile &
CI tools and understand how they function: Jira, Confluence, StashBitbucket,
Git, Puppet, Jenkins, Artifactory…etc • Must have experience on Jira &
Confluence • Must be strong in PowerPoint and Excel • Should have experience
working in a bank or the financial industry •
