030289-Applications Consultant 2 - Contact Center UCCE Applications Lead

Contact Center UCCE Applications Lead position in San Jose, CA to:

Lead application workcenter team to design, develop, integrate, test and deploy application components, new features, improvements for applications such as Call Manager, IP IVR (Interactive Voice Response), ICM (Intelligent Contact Management), CVP (Customer Voice Portal), Finesse Agent Desktop and CUIC.

 Develop ICM, CVP telephony applications.

Co-ordinate and work closely CCUF (Contact Center Unification Framework) team, CCPMO (Contact Center Project Management Office) team, CCSMO (Contact Center Service Management Office) team to support client requests.

  •  Support CVP portfolios with approximately 300 active ICM CVP scripts.
  •  Support operations workcenter team for any critical issues.
  •  Support applications and solutions with features used in Contact Center solutions i.e. Self Service, Screen Pops, Call Recording, Multimedia, failover and server backups.
  •  Drive upgrades and work with operations workcenter team.
