Act as key liaison between the technical team and the non-technical user community. Engage with regional end-users, global business analyst team, and global technical team on business requirements and support needs .Engage in user acceptance testing. Provide local support for light ad-hoc reporting and data analysis. Provide local support for training and documentation Job Level Specific Duties. Document and manage requirements from user community. Lead and perform user acceptance testing of tools. Create ad-hoc reports and perform data analysis (light technical role). Assist with documentation and training for user community. Support maintenance of SharePoint sites (light technical role). Proactively identify potential issues and drive resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for growth within the customer environment. Typical Years of Experience Typically requires 6-9 years relevant experience.

Minimum Education and Certifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Skills Solid analytical, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills. Solid organizing and planning skills, with ability to support multiple projects and multiple end-user communities simultaneously. Solid experience with Excel. Solid experience in using SharePoint and BI tools such as Qlikview, Tableau and Splunk. Light experience with database queries. Good ability to provide technical support and leadership Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions. Ability to physically perform general office requirements.  Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Documentation/Regulatory requirements;
Remotely managed servers overseas, including:
o System Monitoring;
o OS administration; User administration;
o Application Software support;
o Security Management;
o Back-up Services (monitoring only);
o Hardware Services (advisory).
• Developing and implementing service improvements;
• Attending with Active ownership of  DR rehearsals;
• Monthly Reporting;
• Designing and implementing Ad-hoc project work requests; On-call cover and out of hours support.
• Qualification: Engineering or equivalent degree
• Should be proficient in Technology Solution Design
