SAP ECC Finance
Seeking a highly technical individual with knowledge/experience in the following areas:
• In depth experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable business processes in SAP ECC Finance
• Has experience implementing (as functional resource) File based interfaces from external systems such as Concur, to SAP and vice versa.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders for gathering requirements on new enhancements, design solutions, perform config and testing, coordinate with development teams, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and IT leads.
Candidates shall be screened by client personnel prior to confirmation for the role. The role can get extended to additional 3 months, based on the new work that might come from business and performance of the individual in the initial months.
20.00% Perform requirement gathering and coordinate with external vendor teams for interfaces.
20.00% Design and configure within SAP Finance
20.00% Coordinate with development teams, providing them with functional specifications and addressing their queries.
20.00% Perform testing of the developed solution and coordinate with business users for UAT.
20.00% Represent Capgemini at the client management meeting and support client IT teams with details as required
Knowledgeable in SAP ECC Finance
Staff Meetings, Communications, and Documentation Collaboration technologies used
Interact with client Management and represent Capgemini at the status meetings
Will be onshore representative for the team and will be accountable to provide current status of open issues and address any escalations
High Complexity/Problem Solving
With their expertise in a specific technology environment, Applications Consultants are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE). These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.
Required Skills and Experience:
You are an expert in one or more business processes and technology practices and are accountable for translating a business case into a detailed technical design. Alternatively, you are responsible for operational and technical issues and translate technical blueprints into requirements and specifications. You may also be responsible for integration testing and user acceptance testing. You act as a stream lead, guiding team members by experience. You are seen as active member within technology communities.
• Minimum 5 years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification: Should have SE or ERP/SAP Level 1 and seeking level 2.
• Must have experience in Package Configuration.
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
• Should have baseline skills in Financial Analysis.
