029844-NA International Assignment Services - IAS - Immigration Analyst

Support On Shore NA IAS Operations

Team driving onshore immigration programs and workload, coordinate immigrations communications work stream, other immigration analysis and support activities to support overall on shore immigration operations as an integral part of the team. 

Required skills and experience:

o Bachelor’s degree

o Immigration Knowledge 2 to 5 Years

o Strong proficiency skills in MS Office 2013 (particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

o Aptitude to rapidly get up to speed on Capgemini Assignment Pro immigration system

o Experience working with confidential data and understanding nature of privacy and protecting confidential information

o Clear written and oral English communication skills 

o Detail-oriented both in reviewing written detail in email communication and personnel forms

o Organizational skills 

o Strict attention to deadlines 

o Ability to prioritize tasks and jump on urgent operational items that arise (could be daily, weekly, or monthly)

o Sense of urgency to respond to all contacts (internal team members as well as legal teams, HR, employees, and managers)

o Experience working in a small team atmosphere; ability and willingness to work cooperatively with various team dynamics 

Experience with the following a plus, but not required:

o HRIS applications (SAP HRIS a plus)

o Reviewing and auditing I-9s

o Immigration Software

-  0-2 years experience in a related role

-  Demonstrated general knowledge of individual functional area

-  Experience completing day to day tasks and project activities with minimal supervision

-  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-  Ability to resolve issues and propose solutions in functional area

-  Demonstrated ability to create and meet deliverables in individual functional area
