Job Title: Trainer/Coach/Training Manager
 
Job Responsibilities:

·         Should have worked and helped organizations in developing Insurance Academy, Insurance training plan and/or Insurance CoE (Center of Excellence)

·         Should be able to establish a robust training plan for new hires and fresher  to equip them with all necessary skill sets to effectively perform in their designated roles/department.

          Should be well versed with U.S. Insurance legislations and how they impact various Insurance training programs across organizations.

·         Should help in setting up structure to establish Insurance Academy, taking into account external trainings required across all levels that can be leveraged from external entities like AHIP, LOMA.

·         Should have knowledge in setting up training programs to support operations for large Health and Life Insurance Operations.

·         Should be well versed in developing and delivering Insurance based trainings.

·         Should have knowledge in delivering remote as well as face to face trainings.

Responsibilities:As part of the Capgemini Technology Services Group, this person will be responsible for the full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of data analysis

This person will also apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies for each client.
