• 25% Documentation of Test Strategy and Preparation
• 10% Evaluate requirements based on the appropriate testing approach and tools needed
• 25% Involved in Project Planning, Test Estimation and Effort Estimation in man hours
• 25% Utilization HPQC/LM and application of Agile Methodologies and ceremonies
• 15% Update and completion of Requirements Traceability Matrix
Apply Agile testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution.
Intermediate knowledge of HPQC/LM tools to document test plan, test execution and defect resolution.
Lead the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests.
Review and accept test plans, test results and documentation of other testing team members.
Conduct KT Session with QMO test team and support QMO testing efforts.
Coach and provide advice Testers in implementing Agile Methodologies as required.
Collaborate with the analyst and developer to determine requirements for functional testing.
Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the team’s overall test objectives.
Work directly with the business to present test plans, execution and results.
Proficient in defining and implementing key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.
Responsible for understanding requirements and meeting the team’s overall test objectives.
