  • 8-12 years of experience  in Embedded software development,  at least 2 years of experience in automotive domain is mandatory
  • Actively prepare and participate in the backlog refinement sessions and improve the teams estimations on work packages at hand/foreseen. Ensure all architectural/design related work is taken into account and documented.
  • Review all code changes, adhere to coding standards and open source policy,
  • Actively participate in SW-DFMEA for software in new projects.
  • Monitor the progress and quality of team results (designs and implementation) and initiate corrective actions when needed.
  • Contribute to management of the development resources (e.g., coaching, appraisals, and other feedback).
  • Has good working experience of Agile methodology
  • Deliver software of high quality without any regression.
  • Very Strong C++ experience in embedded environment
  • Good working experience in Unix / Linux operating system.
  • Experience in development of Navigation software
  • Good Debugging skills
  • Automotive Domain experience
  • Estimation, Controlling, Monitoring,
  • Coverity / any other Static code analysis tool
  • Knowledge of JIRA
  • Good hands on experience in C++
  • Good Linux or Android knowledge  
  • Experience in embedded SW development
  • Experience in UI development & Understanding of design on HMI level (MVC, MVVM)
  • Integration of SW components
  • Doing designs of bigger applications
  • Experience on projects like openGL, games, set top boxes etc.
  • Ability to drive the team on a technical level
  • Communicate effectively with teams in other locations
