The Studio Applications Support Lead position is responsible for supporting a portfolio of Studio facilities applications as part of the Capgemini AM portfolio. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite support for issues which requires physical touch of the different applications hardware / software. 

• Responsible for coordinating vendor issues across multiple applications

• Work with Offshore team in coordinating integration issues and develop knowledge objects. 

• Preparing weekly / monthly reports of Tickets / problems and work closely with Senior Management teams. 


• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science.

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience working in an IT or associated technical role.

• Strong technical support analyst skills debugging application installation and configuration issues

• Exposure to Integration of LOB systems a plus

• Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving ability and strong critical thinking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.     

PCI Imaging, PC refresh, C-level client support. 

Should be able to manage projects of medium scale.

Facilitate meetings, allocation of resources, prioritize team deliverables in a fast-paced environment while adapting to new technologies and new ideas

Maintain and enhance relationships with customer. 

Project Risk & Schedule management.
