Program Manager Opportunity :

Lead and complete large-scale, client-driven projects.

Communicate with clients and customers to determine their needs or requirements.

Develop, design, and implement improved business processes or solutions to meet consumer expectations.

Assist with budgeting and financial status reports.

5 years of experience are required.

You will need to interlock with the engineering teams (development, QA, architecture, support, PMO) to align on the proposed roadmap scope, manage quarterly budget allocations and drive execution of software product releases to integration ready (IR) status.

Strong product management skills are required because tight alignment between development and business roadmaps will be needed to ensure proper coordinated efforts.

This is a hands-on opportunity to deliver enabling technology required for our growing services portfolio and tools, including: Smart Support Services, Cloud and Managed Services, Advanced Services, and Connected Analytics Portfolio.

• Engage with business services, partners,customers, and field representatives to determine enhancements and feature priorities.

• Ability to understand business requirements of customers and business services owners and translate them into technical requirements.

• Drive and execute on adoption roadmaps as Common Capabilities are prioritized and integrated into the offer engineering (BSO) build based on agreed-on offer priorities, as SSDM committed between service product management and capabilities product management teams.

• Define strategy and scope common appliance and software packaging requirements, translate into a roadmap based on business case and customer criticality.

• Candidates must meet the minimum requirements outlined. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have 5-10 years experience as Product Manager/Product Owner Strong Agile
  • SDLC (preferably SAFe)
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Managing stakeholders
  • Cross Functional Proven ability to work with engineering
  • Provide clear PRD’s
  • Expertise with SaaS products
  • Successful building roadmaps Requirement is immediate

Project Managers take full responsibility for managing a project or program. 

They normally manage a number of related streams or activities to achieve a desired business result, planned profitability levels, quality standards and highest-level client satisfaction.

Project Managers are responsible for the project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization.

A Project Manager usually has technical expertise in one or more other domains (e.g. a Project Manager with testing skills could perform a test manager function).

Required Skills and Experience:

You are responsible for leading either a large project or a definable segment of a very large and complex project.

Clients may be external or internal.

You are responsible for the translation of the client's complex business requirements into formal agreements. 

For these, you establish specific solutions, applications or processes which ultimately culminate in customer acceptance of the results.

This includes working with client team members and executives to identify business requirements and subsequently working with, and leading others, in the initiating, planning, controlling, executing and closing the client's solution.

You are responsible for a wide range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal through development, and final delivery.

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree

• Certification: Manages engagements with complexity on EM level 1 or higher.  Is, if possible, certified on this level and Project Financials, KPI and Reporting.

• Should be experienced in Negotiation, Vendor Management, Risk Management, Continuous (Service) Improvement

• Should have progression skills in Quality Management
