Lead Payroll BAU

Support Operations, majorly US Payroll but also includes Canada, BSI knowledge needed.

- Lead day to day operations including handling Incidents/Service Requests/Changes.

- Delegating work to offshore team, monitoring and guiding to completion.

- Maintain stakeholder relationship with client IT and Business team.

- Working closely with Business to understand requirements, deliver to satisfaction.

- Apart from BAU engage in Minor Enhancements and Project as per need.

60% US Payroll

20% Canada Payroll 10% BSI

10% Team Lead

Required skills:

US Payroll Canada Payroll BSI Knowledge of HR/Benefits good to have.

Lead a team from day to day operations perspective.

Client Stakeholder management, working closely with CG offshore team and other module leads.

Medium to Complex problem solving including sensitive payroll tables/run.  

Accountable from IT side for successful  Payroll runs and CG delivery in Payroll/HR areas.
